I’ve already confirmed it with the wife–GolfProgress and crew will be in Orlando in January 2013 with all my a/v gear. I’m sure I’ll have some new microphones by then to broadcast the wisdom emerging from the Twitter golf pro group that keeps growing. Nice recap!

Reading that put me right back in Orlando. I wish we had more time to talk, but there’s always next year! I might even spend a weekend down your way. I am working with Randy Joyner and I know he is near you… and I would LOVE to see your new club.

What an awesome write up.

So enjoyed reading that, but it wouldn’t be appropriate to comment any further on my beliefs (my inner swiss coming out) =)

I completely agree that this was the best show I’ve ever been to. It took me days to recover. ; )

I am a big fan of the duck stance and reccomend based on hip mobility from what I learned from David Orr and TPI. I really enjoyed your post Jason. Thank you for continuing to share great information. I’m hoping I’ll get a chance to come visit sometime soon.

Thanks for you comments and imput as always Matt. Sorry that you don’t agree with my analysis. Im not sure what you meant about Classic swing, just the things that she needs to change in order to get to the next level. You werent privy to the converstations that we had that I didn’t post about her ball striking problems. She loved the video and is fired up and practicing hard on the changes that I suggested and is going to shoot some more video soon. Chelsea, if you read his post, don’t let it discourage you. Keep working hard and it will pay off in the long run. Thanks again for watching

Hmmm…what happened to if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it . I agree with the Guru’s analysis in terms of a classic swing, but I’m not sure I would go make these adjustments if the swing works for you. We wouldn’t change Jim Furyk, and if this swing works you could kill your game by changing this drastically so I would ease towards these only as needed. To be candid, I was looking for a classic setup and takeaway from the front view which I see in most pros, and yours doesn’t match them (although your extension does and is awesome), but all the pain of watching your slide of the head and hips went away watching your transition and downswing. What lag and extension through the ball! Phenomenal! That poor ball! You simply compress it to the nth degree!

I would like to see your pitch and short game swings, and until then I would leave this full swing alone for now, just because it would require a major change that I am guessing you probably don’t need at the moment. But if you make these same moves on shorter shots the timing will be much harder and might impact your consistency. Good luck!
